1. Base wall treatment

5. Installation of anchors
The anchors can be installed 24 hours after the insulation board is pasted.
Use an electric hammer to punch holes in the seams around each insulation board and in the middle of the board, insert the anchors into the holes and tighten them.
The number, position and depth of anchors must meet the design requirements to ensure that the anchoring is firm.
6. Board seam treatment
After the polyurethane exterior wall panel is pasted for 24 hours, remove the “T” and “X” blocks between the board seams, and remove dust and other debris in the board seams.
Use caulking materials to fill the board seams to ensure that the caulking materials are filled densely and without gaps.
Paste masking tape on both sides of the board seams, then use a silicone gun to inject silicone into the board seams, and use a scraper to scrape off the excess silicone to make it smooth.
7. Precautions
During the installation process, pay attention to protecting the polyurethane exterior wall panels from damage and avoid impact and scratches.
The use of adhesives must comply with safety regulations to avoid harm to the human body and the environment.
The selection and installation of anchors must meet the design requirements to ensure the stability and safety of the insulation system.
