Project Description: Yirong Group has successfully completed the construction task of the two storey warehouse in Costa Rica. The main dimensions of the project are 25m × 21m × 12m, adopting a double-layer design of all steel structure, achieving maximum utilization of storage space on limited land area. In terms of structural selection, the main beams and columns of the project are made of high-strength H-beams, ensuring the vertical stability and seismic performance of the double-layer heavy-duty structure. The roof and wall substructures are matched with C-shaped steel purlins to construct a sturdy supporting framework. The enclosure system uses economical and practical single-layer metal plates to cover the walls and roofs, which not only meets the rainproof and insulation needs of the local tropical climate, but also greatly improves construction efficiency.
