Project Description: The chicken coop project built by Yirong Steel Construction Supplier for its Albanian client has been successfully completed and put into use. This project is a one-stop turnkey solution tailored to the needs of free-range chicken farming, encompassing the entire process from initial design, primary and secondary structure production, cross-border logistics booking to on-site installation guidance. The chicken shed adopts a classic portal steel frame structure, with overall dimensions of 50 meters long, 10 meters wide, and 3.7 meters high. For the load-bearing structure, high-strength H-beams are used for beams and columns, ensuring overall stability and load-bearing capacity. C-beams are used for the roof and wall purlins, effectively controlling steel consumption while ensuring support strength. In terms of the enclosure system, EPS insulation boards are laid on the walls and roof, providing excellent thermal insulation performance and helping to create a comfortable growing environment for the chickens, warm in winter and cool in summer. Currently, the steel structure chicken shed is officially in operation.
