Steel warehouse building kits packaged and shipped to Chile

The modern steel warehouse building project built by Yirong Steel Structure Supplier for Chilean customers has been successfully completed and entered the delivery stage. The core structure of this project adopts high-strength H-beams as columns and support beams to ensure the stability and load-bearing performance of the overall building. The enclosure system is made of lightweight and durable EPS sandwich panels and PU insulation panels, which combine thermal insulation, fire resistance, and corrosion resistance to adapt to the changing climate environment in Chile. The supporting purlins and braces are made of precision formed C/Z steel, reinforced with square tube frames, and equipped with customized drainage systems, door and window components, and high-strength connecting bolts to fully meet customers’ needs for functionality, safety, and aesthetics.

All steel warehouse building kits have undergone factory standardized prefabrication and modular packaging to ensure transportation efficiency and convenient on-site assembly. During the production process, the ISO quality management system is strictly implemented, and each batch of materials is tested for compressive strength, fire resistance, and weather resistance. Moisture resistant and shockproof packaging technology is used to effectively ensure the integrity of products during ocean transportation. The packaging units are classified and marked according to the construction process, significantly reducing on-site sorting time and helping customers efficiently promote project implementation.

At present, the goods have been loaded and shipped to Chile, and the logistics nodes throughout the process can be tracked in real-time.
