DRC customer places order after visits Yirong steel structure factory

On the day of the inspection, the customer’s first stop was to walk into the Yirong Steel Structure Production Workshop. When the customer saw that the galvanized steel plate after surface treatment had a uniform gloss, the anti-corrosion layer did not fall off, and the welding nodes did not deform, he took out his mobile phone to take pictures and record on the spot, and discussed the protection needs under the local climate with the on-site engineer. The engineer then demonstrated a customized solution for tropical regions: “Our components can increase the thickness of the hot-dip galvanizing layer (up to 85μm) and match it with a weather-resistant sealant to ensure maintenance-free use for more than 15 years.”

This inspection completely dispelled the customer’s concerns. Only 5 working days after returning to China, the customer sent the detailed project parameters, confirmed the core details such as the plate thickness, anti-corrosion grade and delivery cycle, and formally signed the purchase contract.
