Recently, good news came from Costa Rica in Central America: two modern chicken coop projects, with full-process services provided by Yirong Steel Structure, were successfully delivered. The first batch of materials has safely arrived at the construction site and has received high praise from the client. The roof load-bearing structure innovatively applies a steel truss system, distributing the load through the principle of triangular mechanics, ensuring the stability of the large-span space while reducing steel consumption, balancing economy and practicality.
The enclosure system utilizes lightweight, high-strength EPS sandwich panels, combining thermal insulation, moisture resistance, and fire resistance, perfectly adapting to the local high-temperature and high-humidity environment and creating a comfortable microclimate for poultry growth.
To ensure efficient project implementation, Yirong Steel Structure fully leveraged its supply chain integration advantages. From strictly controlling material quality at its Chinese production base to coordinating international shipping bookings, customs clearance, and logistics, the entire cargo status was tracked, ultimately achieving seamless integration of design, production, and transportation.
