Successfully delivered over 10,000 m2 steel structure factory in Uzbekistan
Yirong Group successfully delivered a steel structure factory project exceeding 10,000 square meters for its Uzbek client, providing a true one-stop solution throughout the entire project. This allowed the client to receive full-chain services from design to completion by engaging only with a single team.
The main structure of the project utilizes a portal frame structure, with a factory area exceeding 10,000 square meters. All beams and columns use Q355B H-beams, ensuring the load-bearing capacity and stability of the large-span space. Purlins are made of C-beams, which are lightweight and efficient. The enclosure system uses polyurethane-sealed rock wool sandwich panels, combining excellent thermal insulation, fire resistance, and sealing performance, providing reliable protection for the indoor production environment. To meet the lifting operation requirements within the workshop, the project specifically designed crane beams, equipped with internal cranes, ensuring structural stability in both load-bearing capacity and daily operation.
In this project, Yirong Group implemented a one-stop service at every stage. In the initial phase, our technical team completed a comprehensive design, tailored to Uzbekistan’s climate, functional requirements, and the client’s specific needs. This included the main steel structure, crane beams, enclosure system, and detailed components.
During the production phase, all steel components and related products were precision-manufactured in Yirong’s own modern factory. From H-beams and C-purlins to polyurethane-sealed rock wool sandwich panels, strict quality control was maintained throughout the process.

For cross-border logistics, we handled booking, customs clearance, and multimodal transport, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of the complete kit to the construction site in Uzbekistan. This significantly reduced the difficulty and risk for the client in coordinating logistics independently.
Furthermore, we provided complete installation guidance services, dispatching experienced engineers to the site to ensure the precise placement of every steel beam and wall panel.

Particularly noteworthy is that the steel structure factory project truly achieved complete component supply. Besides the main structure and enclosure system, all accessories, including gutters, drainage pipes, doors, and windows, were provided by Yirong, completely resolving common problems such as multiple sourcing, specification mismatches, and finishing issues for the client. This resulted in a highly integrated and perfectly compatible factory system. Currently, the project is essentially complete, and the factory’s neat appearance, smooth drainage, robust enclosure, and scientifically designed internal working space fully demonstrate the efficiency and quality of industrialized construction.
