Yirong Steel Structure creates turnkey steel building for Guyanese Client
Recently, a key steel construction project in Guyana, undertaken by Yirong Steel Structure, officially entered the installation phase, marking the full implementation of this integrated steel structure building project encompassing design, production, transportation, and installation guidance. This project not only solved the client’s entire process needs with efficient one-stop service but also injected new momentum into Guyana’s local infrastructure construction with high-quality products and professional technology.

One-Stop Solution Solves Challenges in Overseas Projects
In recent years, with the growth of global infrastructure demand, clients’ needs for steel construction projects have upgraded from basic material supply to full life-cycle services. Yirong Steel Structure accurately grasped this trend and, specifically tailored to the characteristics of the Guyanese project, launched a full-chain solution covering design, production, transportation, and installation, completely resolving the difficulties clients face in transnational projects, such as coordination challenges, long cycles, and complex standards.
From the project’s inception, Yirong’s technical team conducted on-site investigations in Guyana, taking into account local climate, geological conditions, and client needs. They adopted a portal frame structure design, balancing structural strength with space utilization. In the production phase, leveraging the intelligent factory’s digital management system, core components such as H-beams (beams and columns) and C-beams (purlins) were precisely processed, ensuring dimensional errors were controlled to the millimeter level. Regarding transportation, by optimizing booking schemes and logistics routes, a seamless “door-to-port” connection was achieved from the Chinese factory to the Guyanese port, significantly shortening the delivery cycle. During the installation phase, Yirong dispatched senior engineers to provide on-site guidance, overseeing the entire process from foundation positioning to node connections, ensuring both construction safety and quality met standards.

As the core carrier of the project, the quality of the steel structure directly determines the building’s durability and functionality. Yirong Steel Structure demonstrated strong technical expertise and meticulous attention to detail in this project:
- Main Structure: Beams and columns all utilize high-strength H-beams, with cross-sectional dimensions precisely customized based on load calculations. This not only meets the load-bearing requirements of the large-span space but also reduces steel consumption, balancing economy and environmental friendliness.
- Roofing and Walls: The purlins are made of galvanized C-shaped steel with an anti-corrosion treatment, combined with a high-strength metal panel enclosure system, effectively resisting the erosion caused by Guyana’s frequent heavy rains and humid environment.
- Integrated Accessories: In addition to the main structure, Yirong provides customers with a complete set of accessories, including doors, windows, drainage pipes, and gutters. All components are internationally certified (such as ISO and CE) to ensure perfect compatibility with the main structure and avoid the hidden dangers of piecemeal construction.
