Project Description: This is a mezzanine warehouse project built by Yirong Steel Structure Supplier for Zambian customers. The main body of the steel structure godown adopts high-strength H-beams as columns and main beams, and precise cold bending forming technology ensures that the dimensional tolerance of the components is controlled within ± 2mm. The node connection is achieved through MIG welding technology, making the overall frame bearing capacity reach 50 tons/square meter, perfectly adapting to the load requirements of warehousing logistics. The innovative wall system adopts a 190mm thick sintered clay brick and steel structure composite system, which forms a rigid connection with steel columns through pre embedded tie bars. Thermal calculations show that this structure maintains an indoor and outdoor temperature difference of 8-12 ℃, significantly reducing the impact of African tropical climate on the storage environment. The roof is made of 0.6mm thick aluminum zinc steel plate, combined with a patented concealed locking edge system, which has been tested in wind tunnels to withstand strong winds up to level 10.
