Lithuania steel structure project completed production and shipped
Recently, Yirong Steel Structure has completed all production links for the customized steel structure warehouse project for Lithuanian customers. After strict quality inspection, it has officially entered the delivery stage. This project adopts a combination of Q235B grade H-shaped steel (beam and column main structure) and galvanized C-shaped steel purlins, taking into account high strength and anti-corrosion performance, and fully meeting the strict requirements of European storage buildings for load-bearing and durability.
Detailed explanation of the delivery process
Production quality inspection and document preparationAfter the production is completed, the project team conducts a full inspection of the dimensional accuracy (error ≤2mm) of Q235H-shaped steel, welding quality (ultrasonic flaw detection level I), coating thickness of galvanized C-shaped steel (≥275g/㎡) and appearance integrity according to EU EN standards and customer technical agreements, and simultaneously completes the compilation of more than 20 key documents such as material report (SGS certification), structural drawings (English version), and EU CE certification to ensure efficient and compliant customs clearance and on-site acceptance.
International logistics and coordinated shipmentJoining the world’s top 5 shipping companies, we selected 40-foot high cabinet containers (a total of 4 cabinets) for loading, and shipped from the Chinese port (Qingdao Seaport), and it is expected to arrive at the Port of Klaipeda, Lithuania within 35 days.
Customs clearance and terminal distribution at the destination portSubmit the certificate of origin (FORM E), packing list, insurance policy (covering transportation risks) and other customs clearance documents to the Lithuanian Customs 30 days in advance, and entrust the local customs clearance agent to assist in completing the HS code classification (7308.9090) and tariff payment (EU Harmonized System tariff rate 0%). The container will be picked up within 48 hours after the goods arrive at the port, and the cooperative fleet (with EU CE transportation qualifications) will deliver to the customer’s designated warehouse site, and escorts will be equipped throughout the process to ensure that the components are delivered without damage.

Before this shipment, we have confirmed the parameters of the site hoisting equipment and the conditions of the stacking site with the customer, and provided the “On-site Installation Guide” (including hoisting sequence and temporary support plan).
