Yirong steel structure assists Myanmar shed project

Recently, the construction site of a key shed project in Myanmar has been bustling, and the one-stop steel structure solution created by China Yirong Steel Structure is accelerating its implementation, injecting strong momentum into the project. As the core contractor of the project, Yirong Steel Structure fully leverages its full chain service advantages to build a solid steel framework for this functional building that serves the local people’s livelihood through an integrated design, production, and transportation model.

From the early stages of project initiation, the Yirong technical team has been deeply involved, tailoring steel structure design solutions based on local climate conditions, usage needs, and site characteristics in Myanmar. The main body adopts high-strength Q235H steel to construct the beam column system, which has excellent bearing performance and seismic toughness. Its optimized cross-sectional structure can effectively improve space utilization and perfectly adapt to the large-span and long-term use scenarios of shed renovation projects. After multiple discussions, the plan quickly entered the production stage, and the Yirong intelligent production line operated efficiently. From steel cutting, welding to surface treatment, each process strictly followed international standards, and the precise manufacturing of all steel structure kits was completed in just 40 days, which was 30% shorter than the traditional construction period.

As the specialized vehicle loaded with steel components arrived at the project site in Myanmar, a seamless construction relay immediately began. On site, more than 10 experienced unloading workers have been fully prepared with the cooperation of cranes. Through standardized operations such as traction rope fixation, center of gravity calibration, and slow lifting, the steel components have been unloaded one by one to the designated area. This batch of steel components has extremely high precision, with the length error of each H-beam controlled at the millimeter level, and the alignment of the groove fully meets the design requirements. To ensure smooth installation in the future, component counting, classification and stacking, and protective wrapping were completed synchronously during the unloading process, laying the foundation for efficient promotion of immediate unloading and loading.

From a blueprint to a pile of steel frames, Yirong Steel Structure has solved common connection problems in cross-border projects with one-stop services, injecting acceleration into Myanmar’s shantytown renovation with the hardcore strength of “Made in China”. At present, the first batch of steel components has entered the installation preparation stage, and it is expected to complete the main frame construction by mid next month. A modern shed that balances safety and functionality is about to be erected, becoming another practical achievement of China Myanmar infrastructure cooperation.
