Recently, the complete steel structure project for a Venezuelan coffee factory undertaken by Yirong Group has completed all production, pre-assembly, and packaging work, and has been officially loaded onto a ship for shipment to South America. Project Features
Portal Frame Design:
This coffee factory project utilizes a portal frame structure, offering advantages such as clear stress distribution, high space utilization, and a short construction period. The overall dimensions of the factory building are 60 meters long, 40 meters wide, and 10 meters high, with a building area of 2400 square meters, fully meeting the space requirements for coffee processing, warehousing, and supporting offices.
High-Quality Main Materials and Enclosure System:
Main Structure: Beams and columns are all made of Q335B grade H-beams, possessing excellent strength and toughness, ensuring the structural safety of the factory building under large spans and heavy loads.
Secondary Structure: Purlins are made of galvanized C-shaped steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance and adapting to the potentially humid environment of the coffee factory. Enclosure System: Both walls and roof utilize 50mm thick polyurethane sandwich panels, providing insulation, heat resistance, and fire resistance, aiding in temperature and humidity control during coffee production.
Lighting Design: The roof is covered with solar panels, providing ample natural light to the factory interior and reducing daytime lighting energy consumption.
Drainage System: A complete and organized drainage system is provided, including gutters and drain pipes.
Humanized Additional Facilities
To enhance usability and protection, the factory is equipped with a canopy around the perimeter, effectively preventing rainwater backflow and protecting entrances and personnel access. It also features electric roller shutter doors (for rapid passage of logistics vehicles) and double glass doors (for personnel and office access), balancing industrial efficiency with a modern image.
One-Stop Delivery, Immediate On-Site Installation and Use
Yirong Group provides all steel structure components, including H-shaped steel columns and beams, C-shaped steel purlins, polyurethane sandwich panels, solar panels, gutters, drain pipes, canopy components, electric doors, and double doors. All components were numbered, categorized, and packaged, along with detailed installation drawings. The client only needed to follow the instructions to complete the main structure installation on-site with bolt connections and minimal welding, significantly shortening the project’s construction cycle.
