140 meter long steel factory building project built for Thai client
The industrial plant project tailored by Yirong Steel Building Supplier for Thai customers has been successfully completed. The project has a total span of 140 meters and a depth of 42 meters. It adopts a classic double sloping roof design that balances drainage efficiency and architectural aesthetics. The main structure is constructed with high-strength H-shaped steel beams and columns as the skeleton, combined with 2-meter-high solid brick walls to solidify the foundation, creating a stable and reliable load-bearing system. Two 20 ton single beam cranes are equipped in the factory to accurately meet the requirements of heavy equipment lifting and bulk material circulation, and reserve sufficient flexibility for subsequent production operations.
The exterior of the building is wrapped in gray white steel plates, which have a simple and atmospheric color and strong weather resistance, harmoniously integrating with the surrounding industrial environment. The roof innovatively adopts a composite structure of metal plates and insulation cotton. The outer metal plate resists wind and rain erosion, while the inner insulation cotton effectively blocks heat conduction, significantly improving the energy-saving performance of the factory building.
