French customers visit Yirong steel structure factory
Recently, a delegation from a French construction group visited the modern industrial park of Yirong Steel Structure Company in Yuanyang, Xinxiang, Henan. Business manager Abby accompanied them throughout the visit and deeply analyzed the technical strength of China’s intelligent manufacturing in the field of steel structure and composite panels.
In the steel structure processing workshop covering an area of 80,000 square meters, Abby explained in detail the collaborative operation logic of the fully automatic laser cutting line (accuracy ±0.5mm) and the KUKA welding robot cluster, focusing on the use and production process of steel structure components and how to meet the EU EN1090 EXC3 certification standards.
Entering the insulation metal sandwich panel production area, Abby intuitively demonstrated the full process intelligent control system from color-coated coil opening, polyurethane high-pressure foaming (foaming density 42kg/m³) to finished product lamination through real-time quality dashboard data. When the customer stopped to observe the laser welding process of the 0.3mm ultra-thin aluminum-zinc panel, she simultaneously retrieved the laboratory test report to prove that the product still maintained an ultra-low thermal conductivity of 0.018W/(m·K) in the -50℃ extreme cold test.
In the sample display area, she used comparative experiments to visually demonstrate the B1 flame retardant properties of sandwich panel core materials (vertical burning damage length ≤ 20mm), and invited customers to experience the high-efficiency airtightness of the patented concealed assembly system on site. In the Q&A sessions throughout the process, Abby accurately quoted European standards such as EN14509 and NF P24-602 for technical benchmarking, and her professionalism won praise from customers.
