Yirong Steel Structure provides solution for a 60 meter long span factory with office for Tanzanian client
This solution is specifically tailored for Tanzanian customers to create an integrated solution for industrial factory and supporting facilities. The project covers two core functional modules: production plants and office areas, balancing practicality, economy, and spatial flexibility, fully adapting to the needs of local industrial production scenarios.
Production factory building section
The main structure adopts a large-span layout of 60 meters long by 20 meters wide, using an H-shaped steel main frame structure system. The beam column nodes are rigidly connected by high-strength bolts, which combines construction convenience and structural stability. The roof adopts a double slope drainage design, breaking through the limitations of traditional columns and achieving a 60 meter column free ultra wide clearance, providing sufficient vertical space for the layout of large equipment and material flow. Internally equipped with a bridge crane system, it can efficiently meet the lifting and transportation needs of heavy goods.
On one side of the factory building, a steel structure auxiliary shed will be constructed, and weather resistant color steel plates will be laid on the roof, taking into account the advantages of rain and sun protection as well as lightweight. The wall is made of EPS sandwich composite panel, which effectively blocks the external temperature difference through the core material insulation layer, and has good sound insulation performance, optimizing the comfort of the working environment.
Office area section
Independently located in the adjacent area of the factory building, it adopts a 10 meter long by 20 meter wide double-layer frame structure, which is consistent with the main style of the factory building and has clear functional zoning. The main structure continues the H-shaped steel and bolt connection process to ensure overall building coordination. The external maintenance system adopts color steel plate roof and EPS sandwich panel wall synchronously, balancing durability and economy, providing a safe and comfortable office space for administrative, management, and technical personnel.
The entire plan focuses on large space, strong load-bearing capacity, and easy maintenance, combined with standardized steel structure system and high-performance enclosure materials. It not only meets the current production needs of customers, but also reserves future expansion space, making it a cost-effective solution suitable for the industrial scene in Tanzania.
