Yirong Steel Structure delivers one-stop solution for 1000㎡ warehouse in Honduras

Yirong Steel Structure has successfully extended its professional services to Central America and is currently building a modern industrial warehouse for an important customer in Honduras. This project is a perfect embodiment of the strength of Yirong’s one-stop turnkey solution. We have led every link from structural design, production and manufacturing to logistics transportation and on-site installation.

The main dimensions of this warehouse are 50 meters long, 20 meters wide, and 8 meters high, with a total construction area of 1000 square meters. To maximize the use of space, a sandwich structure with a size of 25x10x4 meters has been carefully designed inside the warehouse, providing great flexibility for customers’ storage or office needs.

In terms of structure and design, the project adopts a classic and efficient double slope roof design, ensuring excellent drainage performance. The main load-bearing structure is entirely made of high-strength H-shaped steel beams and columns, ensuring the overall stability and safety of the building. The enclosure system has also been carefully considered, with a sturdy brick wall structure in the lower 3 meter high range and lightweight and durable color steel wall panels in the upper part. The roof innovatively combines metal roof panels with transparent sun tiles, ensuring the long-term durability of the building and providing sufficient natural lighting for the interior, achieving the unity of energy conservation and practicality.
