UAE rock wool panel interior partition room installation completed
The UAE customer recently completed the installation of a partition room project. In this project, Yirong sandwich panel supplier provided rock wool panels. The following is a detailed description of the installation work:
1. Material preparation and cutting
The rock wool panels provided by Yirong sandwich panel supplier are of standard specifications and precise dimensions, ensuring the smooth installation. Before installation, the professional team used electric wire cutters or utility knives to finely cut the rock wool board according to the actual size and shape of the room to ensure that each rock wool board can fit the wall perfectly and avoid material waste.
2. Base interface treatment
Before installing the rock wool board, the construction team first carried out a thorough base interface treatment on the wall. They cleaned up the debris, oil stains and floating dust on the wall, removed the loose and weathered parts, and used a spray gun or roller brush to evenly apply the interface mortar to ensure that the rock wool board is firmly attached to the wall.
3. Installation process
Adhesive application: The construction team evenly applied a special adhesive on the back of the rock wool board, with a compaction thickness of about 3 mm. They used a combination of strip sticking and strip point methods to ensure that the adhesive was evenly distributed and improved the firmness of the paste.
Paste and fixation: The rock wool board with the adhesive applied was quickly pasted on the wall, and the construction team used a 2-meter ruler to flatten the operation to ensure the flatness and firmness of the rock wool board. At the same time, they also used tie plates or anchor bolts to fix the four corners and the middle of the rock wool board, further enhancing the stability of the rock wool board.
Staggered seam treatment: During the pasting process of the rock wool board, the construction team paid special attention to the staggered seam treatment. They ensured that the staggered seams between each row of boards reached 1/2 of the board length, and the local minimum staggered seam was not less than 100 mm, thereby improving the overall thermal insulation and sound insulation effect of the rock wool board.
4. Detailed processing and acceptance
Gap treatment: For the gaps formed by uneven cutting, the construction team used rock wool strips to fill and smooth them to ensure the tight connection between the rock wool boards.
Fireproof and waterproof treatment: Considering the climate characteristics of the UAE, the construction team also specially carried out fireproof and waterproof treatment on the rock wool board to ensure its safety and stability in long-term use.
Quality acceptance: After the installation was completed, our professional team conducted a strict quality acceptance of the rock wool board partition.
