Project Description: Yirong Group successfully provided a one-stop steel structure solution for a US client’s factory project. The project utilizes a portal frame structure, with building dimensions of 60.77 meters long, 30.92 meters wide, and a roof height of 13 meters, covering a floor area of 1879 square meters. High-strength H-beams were used for the main structural beams and columns to ensure load-bearing capacity and stability in the large-span space. Galvanized C-beams were used for the roof and wall purlins, offering both corrosion resistance and ease of installation. The enclosure system uniformly uses metal sandwich panels to cover the walls and roof, meeting multiple requirements for insulation, fireproofing, and aesthetics. Yirong Group provided integrated services throughout the entire process, from design and production to delivery, helping the US client complete the construction of a modern factory efficiently and economically.
