Project Description: Yirong Steel Structure provided a one-stop solution from design to installation for a prefab warehouse project for an Australian client. The warehouse is 35 meters long, 20 meters wide, and has a roof height of 6 meters, with a total building area of 700 square meters. It utilizes a portal frame structure. The main steel beams and columns use H-beams, and the purlins are C-beams. The wall and roof cladding system uses steel sandwich panels, and a complete set of components including doors, windows, downpipes, and gutters is supplied. The project used approximately 20 tons of steel, which was shipped in two containers and took about 18 days by sea to reach Australia, achieving efficient overall delivery.
