Project Description: Yirong Group has completed a large-scale steel structure warehouse project for a client in Haiti, providing a one-stop solution from design, manufacturing, logistics, and installation guidance. This project is mainly used for local material storage and has high requirements for building span, space utilization, and construction efficiency. The overall size of the prefabricated steel warehouse is 70 meters (length) x 36.5 meters (width), with a roof height of 6 meters. The structural system adopts a portal frame design, with high-strength H-shaped steel used for the main beams and columns, and C-shaped steel used for the roof and wall purlins. In terms of enclosure system, both the walls and roof are made of single-layer metal plates, which have good waterproof, corrosion-resistant, and UV resistant properties. At the same time, in order to improve the roof drainage system, the project is equipped with gutters and drainage pipes. In addition, the warehouse is equipped with a door and window system that meets the needs of use, facilitating personnel entry and exit, ventilation and lighting, and daily management.
