Project Description: The warehouse project created by Yirong Group for Zambian customers has officially landed, with the core of accurately adapting to local warehousing needs and building an efficient and reliable building carrier. The building dimensions of this project are 40 meters x 30 meters x 8 meters (length x width x height), with a building area of 1200 square meters, and adopts a portal frame structure design. In terms of structural material selection, H-shaped steel is used for both beams and columns, utilizing its wide flange and strong bending stiffness to ensure the load-bearing capacity of the main body. The purlins are made of C-shaped steel and the roof support efficiency is improved through cold bending forming technology, reducing the amount of on-site welding. The enclosure system adopts a composite structure of brick walls and outer single metal plates. The inner brick wall provides basic insulation and sound insulation, while the outer single metal plate enhances weather resistance and aesthetics. Single tiles are installed on the roof to balance waterproofing and lightweight requirements, reducing structural load. The plan also includes supporting components (such as connection nodes, foundation embedded parts, etc.), achieving full process coverage from design deepening to material supply, ensuring a “turnkey” implementation of the project.
