Warehouse prefabricated steel structure kit sent to Haiti
Recently, the customized steel structure kit created by Yirong Steel Structure Supplier for a large warehousing project in Haiti has completed all production processes and has been officially packaged and stored after strict quality inspection. It will soon be shipped to Haiti by sea. The achievement of this critical milestone marks the entry of Yirong’s one-stop solution for the project into the landing sprint stage, injecting strong confidence into the customer’s schedule guarantee and later operation.

From design to production: full chain control for precise adaptation to Haitian needs
Haiti is located in the Caribbean Sea, with a humid and rainy climate, and some areas have a slight risk of earthquakes. The warehouse project has strict requirements for the corrosion resistance, bearing strength, and seismic performance of steel structures. As a supplier who has been deeply involved in the field of steel structures for many years, Yirong focuses on customer needs throughout the entire process.
- Design phase: The structural engineering team will combine local meteorological data in Haiti (such as annual average precipitation, typhoon frequency), geological conditions, and warehouse functions (expected storage capacity, types of goods) to optimize steel component sections, connection nodes, and anti-corrosion processes in a targeted manner, ensuring long-term stability of the structure in high temperature and high humidity environments.
- Production stage: Q355B high-strength low-alloy steel is used as the main material, and the surface is pre coated with epoxy zinc rich primer and polyurethane topcoat (double anti-corrosion, salt spray test ≥ 1000 hours). Key nodes (such as beam column connections) are verified for accuracy through 3D modeling and factory pre assembly, with errors controlled within ± 2mm, fully matching the project design requirements.
- Quality inspection process: Each batch of steel components undergoes 12 tests, including ultrasonic testing and load testing, to ensure no deformation or weld defects, and ultimately enters the packaging process with zero defects.

From the implementation of drawings to the departure of components, Yirong Steel Structure Supplier has utilized its full chain capabilities of “design production transportation service” to create a climate friendly, durable, reliable, and efficient steel structure solution for the Haitian warehouse project. Yirong always believes that reliable steel structures are not only the support of space, but also the cornerstone of project success.
