Haiti is located in the Caribbean Sea, with a humid and rainy climate, and some areas have a slight risk of earthquakes. The warehouse project has strict requirements for the corrosion resistance, bearing strength, and seismic performance of steel structures. Design phase: The structural engineering team will combine local meteorological data in Haiti (such as annual average precipitation, typhoon frequency), geological conditions, and warehouse functions (expected storage capacity, types of goods) to optimize steel component sections, connection nodes, and anti-corrosion processes in a targeted manner, ensuring long-term stability of the structure in high temperature and high humidity environments.
Production stage: Q355B high-strength low-alloy steel is used as the main material, and the surface is pre coated with epoxy zinc rich primer and polyurethane topcoat (double anti-corrosion, salt spray test ≥ 1000 hours). Key nodes (such as beam column connections) are verified for accuracy through 3D modeling and factory pre assembly, with errors controlled within ± 2mm, fully matching the project design requirements.
Quality inspection process: Each batch of steel components undergoes 12 tests, including ultrasonic testing and load testing, to ensure no deformation or weld defects, and ultimately enters the packaging process with zero defects.
