Yirong Group’s steel structure kits for Paraguay pet food factory shipped on schedule
The steel structure components for the Paraguay pet food factory project have been successfully produced and officially shipped. Yirong Group provided integrated steel structure supply services for this project, covering the entire process from design refinement, manufacturing, quality inspection, and export packaging and transportation, ensuring efficient project progress.

In terms of the structural system, the main load-bearing components use high-quality H-beams as beams and columns, possessing advantages such as high strength, good bending resistance, and stable stress, meeting the requirements of industrial plants for large spans and heavy loads. Roof and wall purlins are made of cold-formed C-beams, featuring lightweight, convenient installation, and high economy, effectively improving overall construction efficiency. Simultaneously, the project also provides a complete steel structure auxiliary system including tie rods, angle steel, connecting plates, and high-strength bolts, ensuring the reliability of structural connections and overall stability.
In the manufacturing process, all steel components are meticulously processed according to internationally accepted steel structure standards. Key nodes are cut, assembled, and welded using automated equipment, ensuring stable and reliable weld quality. The components underwent rust removal and anti-corrosion coating, with strict control over paint film thickness to enhance their durability in tropical climates.

Prior to shipment, Yirong Group conducted rigorous quality inspections and dimensional verifications on all steel components. They were scientifically sorted and packaged according to shipping requirements, with protective measures implemented to prevent deformation or damage during transport. The entire shipment has been loaded into containers and dispatched to the Paraguay project site as planned, providing strong support for subsequent rapid installation and construction.
