Recently, the steel structure kit for the cashew nut factory project tailored by Canglong Group for Tanzanian customers has officially started shipping. The core materials for this shipment include various types of high-quality steel such as H-beams and C-shaped steels. As a key supporting material for the main structure of the cashew factory building, its precise delivery marks the project entering the substantive construction stage.
Canglong Group has customized the design and strict quality control of steel structure kits based on the local climate characteristics and cashew processing technology requirements in Tanzania. H-shaped steel has been selected as the main frame support for the factory building due to its high strength and excellent load-bearing performance, ensuring the stability of large-span column free spaces. C-shaped steel, with its advantages of lightweight and corrosion resistance, is used for roof purlins and wall enclosure structures. While ensuring wind and corrosion resistance, it effectively reduces overall load and is suitable for rainy and high humidity environments in tropical grassland climates.
